I really love the figures in your recent pictures, but there’s something about the backgrounds that is distracting. Anyway, nice bathrobe. I used to have one just like it.
yeah, not my best backgrounds but I am not that unhappy about this one…please to elaborate a little, what bothers you? Might not make it into the portfolio but i am moving past my more straight faced work…
I think it’s the very shallow depth of field. It kind of exaggerates the contrast between the fineness of the figures and the crudeness of the settings. But I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the backgrounds themselves. And, as I said, I really like the figures. They are so strange.
I think it needs the tractor he rode in on.
