Many years ago when I thought I should have a New York rep I saw I think an article on
Julian Richards and his agency in I think Photodesign Magazine ( One of the best photo mags ever )
His portrait in the magazine was B/W and beautiful. I thought this was the person that could at the time really represent me!
I sent him a n e-mail with samples of my work…. nothing. I sent him a letter with samples…. nothing.
even today I look at his website beautiful!
Was this the man I wanted to rep me? No.
Did you ask the questions I wanted to hear the answers to? No.
Did you ask the right questions? Yes I think so.
I can’t wait for your next interview.
